These days we need to be parents and educators in the online world as well as the real world. The internet can be a good tool that can help children learn, understand, and satisfy their curiosity about life. However, the use of screen and Internet should be minimum and according to the school’s guidelines.
Safe Searching on Kiddle
When your children use the Internet to search for images or information for their projects or anything related to school work, please encourage them to use:
www.kiddle.co
Kiddle is a child-specific search engine supported by Google, which prevents the appearance of things that are not suitable for them.
The Momo Challenge – HOAX
We have also received some information about an online scam called the Momo Challenge, which has been seen on Peppa Pig, and amongst other YouTube children’s channels.
