Hall Opening for School Performances

Dear Parents and Friends,

On Monday 17th May, as per government guidelines, we will be able to open up our hall for school performances and plays to our parents and friends.  
Next week, we have Class 12 project presentations on Wednesday and Thursday and the Class 8 play on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd May.  More detail below.  We hope you can join us.
Please be aware in advance, there will be the following COVID measures in place for all performances, including a pre-booked ticketing system :

  • please do not attend a performance if you have any COVID symptoms
  • there will be limited seating in the hall to allow for social distancing-families will be asked to sit together with their children
  • hand sanitiser on main gate
  • please wear a face covering whilst watching a performance or display your exemption card clearly 
  • social distancing system when waiting to enter the hall
  • extra ventilation
  • refreshments will only be served outside during the interval
  • we will be engaging with the NHS Test and Trace system by keeping a record of all visitors and staff
