Old Scholars – Family Finn

Kieran Finn studied Physics at Oxford University. He followed this with a PhD in Physics at Manchester University. Since then, he has moved to Glasgow with his wife. He worked for a computer software consultancy and is soon to take up a new job with Skyscanner.

Daniel Finn studied drama at East 15 in London. He has had a steady stream of acting work since graduating, much of it performing for children. He has recently been trained in puppetry and is about to embark on a three-month tour of USA in a major production involving a multitude of puppet creatures.

Christian Finn followed his love of cars to a Btec Mechanic course in Bridgewater and then onto a degree in mechanical engineering at Oxford Brookes University. He graduated with First Class honours this summer. He is now living in London and will soon start work with a computer consultancy.

Their father, Roger Finn, who recently retired as BBC South Today News Reader, adds: There’s one extraordinary thing: all three boys got first class honours from their universities. I am a very lucky and a very proud dad!
