GCSE Results for Class 10

Huge congratulations to pupils and teachers for the brilliant results obtained in this years GCSEs.

Although our school is proud of a broad curriculum that stretches way beyond exams, we are none the less delighted (but not surprised!) to see how our children fare in mainstream grading methods.
  • 92% of our Class 10 pupils achieved a Grade C or above for the English IGCSE
  • 92% achieved a Grade 4 (equivalent to the old Grade C) or above for the new maths GCSE, which is well above the national average
Also during the Summer term each pupil took part in a brilliant performance of the Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare, went on a 10-day wilderness trip to Sweden (pictured below) and still managed to fit in their other timetabled lessons. What a fantastic year they’ve had… well done !
