Part Two - Family Details

Helping us understand who cares for the child and who we need to contact when discussing their education.
Please provide names and ages of siblings and which schools they attend.

Part Three - Educational Journey

Helping us understand your child's educational journey to date. Our interest is more in the whole child than academic achievement so please provide as much information as you can.

Part Four - Health & Medical History

Helping us understand the general health of your child and anything that may impact their wellbeing at school.
Classes visit the forest near the school frequently, so we recommend you take this into consideration.

Part Five - Interest in Waldorf education

You can book a call with our Admissions Team via this website.

Please read our Parents' Handbook

Waldorf education differs significantly from mainstream education and the expectations we have as a school from our families may include making subtle or significant changes at home to support your child/ren. Please read our Parents' Handbook which includes our media and technology guidance. These include minimising screen time on TV, computers and social media as well as the use of game consoles and mobile phones. It is likely that you will need the support of the wider family, such as grandparents, aunts and uncles in this too, so it is good to be aware of this aspect of Waldorf education now.

Part Six - Financial Contributions

We are a community school which is funded almost entirely with the financial contributions of the families attending the school. This allows us to keep our independence and be able to offer the full Waldorf Curriculum right through the school to age 18. As such, meeting your financial contributions is an important part of your choice as a family to come to the school. Please check our Financial Information page in a new tab for more details and attach your completed Financial Contribution Form with your application. Financial applications are completed per family (not per pupil) and are resubmitted on an annual basis. Please contact our Admissions Officer if you need further information or help completing this form. Financial contributions for the academic year 2025-2026 have not yet been confirmed. As part of this application, you are required to complete a contribution form for the current year on the understanding that this may be subject to an annual increase in line with inflation for 2025-26. We will notify you of this in the summer term. All contributions are also subject to an additional 20% VAT charge from January 2025 subject to government legislation.
* Please check your residential status to ensure that your child is eligible for Early Years Funding. To be eligible for free childcare, you must have a National Insurance number and at least one of the following: 1) British or Irish citizenship, settled or pre-settled status 2) you have applied for one of the above and are waiting for a decision 3) permission to access public funds - your UK residence card will tell you if you can do this. If you have a partner, they must have a National Insurance number too. You can find further information on the government website ('check if you are eligible for free childcare').
Click or drag a file to this area to upload.
All applications need a Financial Contributions Form completed per family (not per pupil) at the beginning of each school year. Please contact our Admissions Officer if you need help completing this form. If the form is missing or incomplete, your application will be paused until this form is received in full.
