Please use this form to book kindergarten afternoon sessions and complete ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD. We aim to accommodate all children requiring afternoon care however spaces are limited and, if oversubscribed, we may need to allocate available places based on individual family need. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING Afternoon sessions are available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12.45pm - 3.30pm Costs are £16.00 per session if booked termly in advance.  The cost of these sessions includes a wholesome lunch such as vegetable soup and a roll or baked potato (we try to cater to the dietary needs of each child) Ad hoc afternoons may be possible during the academic year subject to availability.  Cost £16 per session.  Please email admissions to check for availability. From November 2024 all children turning 6 this academic year  (September to August) will automatically attend kindergarten for the full day on Wednesdays (8.25am - 3.30pm).  They will be in their own kindergarten during the morning and will then join our Stepping Stones group for the afternoon session.  There is no charge for this afternoon. Afternoon sessions are invoiced and payable half-termly in arrears.  These invoices are separate to your annual contributions.  Please ensure that all outstanding arrears for the academic year 2023-24 are paid before booking afternoon sessions. If you no longer need your booked afternoon session(s), please email admissions to cancel.  Otherwise you will continue to be invoiced for your child's place. It is always possible to book kindergarten afternoons later in the year subject to availability.
