The class teacher will be responsible for a group of up to 25 children, inspiring and guiding them through the Steiner Waldorf curriculum. They will teach the Main Lesson, delivering age-appropriate, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning. With enthusiasm and care, the teacher will support each child’s academic progress and personal growth, encouraging confidence and independence.
Working closely with specialist subject teachers, the class teacher is the first point of contact for both academic and pastoral matters and will contribute actively to the collaborative life of the Lower and Middle School.
