Please use this form to book kindergarten afternoon sessions and complete ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD.

We aim to accommodate all children requiring afternoon care however spaces are limited and, if oversubscribed, we may need to allocate available places based on individual family need.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Afternoon sessions are available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12.45pm – 3.30pm Costs are £16.00 per session if booked termly in advance.  The cost of these sessions includes a wholesome lunch such as vegetable soup and a roll or baked potato (we try to cater to the dietary needs of each child)

Ad hoc afternoons may be possible during the academic year subject to availability.  Cost £16 per session.  Please email admissions to check for availability.

From November each year, all children turning 6 within that academic year  (September to August) will automatically attend kindergarten for the full day on Wednesdays (8.25am – 3.30pm).  They will be in their own kindergarten during the morning and will then join our Stepping Stones group for the afternoon session.  There is no charge for the Stepping Stones afternoon.

Afternoon sessions are invoiced and payable half-termly in arrears.  These invoices are separate to your annual contributions.

If you no longer need your booked afternoon session(s), please email admissions to cancel.  Otherwise you will continue to be invoiced for your child’s place.

It is always possible to book kindergarten afternoons later in the year subject to availability.

Please use this form to register your child for Lower School Afternoon Sessions (available for Classes 1 – 5).

Afternoon sessions will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until 3.30pm.  Please note that lunch is not provided and children will need to bring a healthy packed lunch if staying for the afternoon.

There is no charge for Lower School Afternoon Sessions and we aim to accommodate all children who need them.

Please complete one form for each child so that we can ensure that your child/ren are on the class register for the correct afternoon session(s).

Please only book sessions for the days when your child has a short day and would normally finish at 1pm.

Classes 1 – 5 attend school as follows:

Class 1 – All day Wednesdays.  Finish at 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Class 2 – All day Mondays and Wednesdays.  Finish at 1pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Class 3 – All day Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Finish at 1pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

Classes 4 and 5 – All day Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday.  Finish at 1pm on Thursdays.

Ad hoc afternoons sessions may be booked during the term.  Please speak to the office if you need an ad hoc afternoon.
